- EXTERNAL CEPHALIC VERSION
- It may well be possible for you to 'turn' your baby using certain body postures of other alternative medicine techniques. There is also a procedure called External Cephalic Version. A version is when the doctor manually turns the baby to a head down position through the abdomen. Often, the doctor will initiate labor immediately after the version is performed.
